Catonsville Garden Club

The Catonsville Garden Club has been affiliated with the Catonsville Historical Society since not long after the formation of the Historical Society in 1973. This club is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the knot garden on the grounds to the rear of the Townsend House.  Currently the club has most of its monthly meetings in the Pullen Building, utilizing the kitchen for lunches.  Continuing care of original ornamental as well as new shrubbery is performed seasonally.

A member of the Garden Club of America, the Catonsville Garden Club celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding in 2016
